Because there can be so many variables on ribbon orders, the best way to order is to click on the place an order tab and fill out one of the order forms and email it to us. You can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your contact info in your correspondence. If you choose to e-mail your order, we will send you a confirmation that it has been received.
You may call us with your order at 1-800-833-7881 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. PST Monday thru Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Friday. We can get all of the information from you and advise you what the total cost of your order will be.
Payment must be received before your order is processed. Pay by PayPal, check, money order or cashiers check. Please allow an additional 10 days to processing time if paying by check. WA residents add sales tax. If paying by PayPal, add 5% of total order. Pre-approved accounts will accrue late fees on overdue invoices.
Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped via UPS ground, if time allows. No international orders, please. Please be sure to provide us with a complete street address, including zip code. Incorrect shipping information will result in additional charges.
Quantity discounts apply for ribbons with the exact same copy. Quantity discounts are only offered on certain items, listed on ribbon pages.
Stock ribbon orders are shipped within 72 hours. All other orders are processed in the order that we receive them. Production time varies, depending on the season. When you call to place your order, we will be able to estimate when your order will be shipped to you. See our Misc. Charges section for rush order fees. We pride ourselves in quick turn-around! If you need a rush order, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We have a large selection of stock logo dies to choose from. Custom logos can be ordered for an additional charge. There is a one-time charge of $40.00.
We use standard industry-wide placement ribbon colors, unless otherwise requested.
